Payments For Services & Refunds 

​

Kalani's Cleaning Services Terms and Condition is provided as what is expected of our customers. Payment for cleaning is due in full at the time of the cleaning unless other arrangements have been made. Kalani's Cleaning Services only accept payments using these platforms to ensure valid payment: Credit/Debit using square card reader. Bank Transfers such as Venmo,Zelle,Circle,etc will be paid in advance unless arrangement has already been made. Cash Will be accepted. No Checks from Residential customers will no longer be accepted unless trust has been built from consistent customers before the date of 2/19/2018.  If you will not be home when service is taking place cash must be used and left on the counter. If the contractor shows up and there is no payment available you will be contacted immediately, and will wait up to 30 minutes to arrange by credit/debit using square; if not the contractor will leave after 30 minutes; and you will need to be rescheduled. A checklist at each clean will be given out, and invoice emailed to you to ensure quality; If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning please contact me via phone call not text message, and will rearrange for a re-clean of the area that was missed at no charge to you. No Refunds will be issued.

Scheduling & Cancellations 

 

Booking must be made 24 hours in advanced. Booking can be made online, or with the owner or scheduler. when not booking online that time slot will be blocked off, and a text message of your address should be sent.If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please give a 24 hour notice. Please consider our preparations.

Booking will be made for one property at a time will not accept two appointments booked from one person from someone else, that person must book services on their own.

If booking is made online without contact information to get a hold of you before the clean such as a email or phone number we will not show up.

Valuables & Personal Property 

​

Kalani's Cleaning service is insured and bonded.  Contractors will not clean, touch, move items that is of sentimental value to the customer.  Pictures will taken of all damaged previous damaged property. If any damaged property not in the hands of Kalani's Cleaning we will not be liable for damages. 

​

Service Limitations 

​

a. We do not Climb anything higher than a two-step ladder 

b. We will not climb bunk beds to make them 

c. Furniture over 15lbs will not moved unless the owner moves it out the way before service

d. we will try to reach places with an extension duster 

e. Bio-Hazard will not be cleaned- feces, cat litter, etc.

Kalani's Cleaning asked that the place be picked up before arrival for your own advantage to get to all areas possible, we will only lighten straighten up; if not pictures will be taken and we will clean around the items.

Residential Entry/Commercial Entry 

A.  Commercial properties such as buildings, warehouses will provide entry keys and cards for Gates, expect Day time commercial accounts. 

 

B. Real Estate /Rental/Airbnb properties must have a lock box for entry, or be there to let in contractors in prior to service. 

 

C. Residential properties will opt to be at home for entry at the time scheduled, or have a lock box in place. we will not accept personal home keys from residential property unless a signed waiver has been signed, no leaving keys under mats or in hiding places, Kalani's cleaning will not be liable for any lost keys. 

D. Both Commercial and Residential accounts do not have to disarm their alarm systems for safety reasons. A code should be issued prior to the scheduled clean or a demostration should take place prior to the clean. 

e. if we cannot enter your place of residence the contractor will only wait 30 minutes for entry, and you will need to reschedule. 

 

Contractor Solicitation

Kalanis's Cleaning services works hard to gain its cleaning customers/clients. We ask that you not solicite for hire introduced by Kalani's cleaning. We are willing to make an arrangement for that specific contractor to always clean for you 

​

Digital Media 

​

Interior images of any damaged will be taken before service is completed but will not be published, and will be attached to invoices. 

 

Before/after pictures will be taken for service reasons but will not published without permission, and will be attached to invoices.
